All Table Covers are rented on a First Come First Serve basis and may be held in advance for no more than 90 days with payment of deposits.
Each Table Cover Size and Color has it's own rental Daily Fees and it's own Deposits.
Deposits may be made with Cash, Debit or Credit Card.
_______Rental Item’s may be picked up the day before the event and returned within One (1) business day after the event. Customer agrees to pay additional rental charges for each item(s), each day that it is late. After a total of Five (5) days late, customer shall also pay full replacement cost of each time which is Five (5) times the daily rental charges. The credit card on File will be charged all late fees and replacement costs. Our Renal Week is Monday thru Saturday, (Excluding New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)
Friday rentals will be due back in the following Monday before end of business, 6pm.
______ Damage or Loss Except for reasonable wear/usage, all items must be returned in their normal condition with the hangers they left the store on. Customer is responsible to pay for any incidents including but not limited to
damaged, lost, altered, or stolen items. The replacement cost is Five (5) times the rental charge for each item. Balloons by Night Moods will charge the credit card on file for any replacement cost or late fees.
______ Customers assumes liability for, and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Balloons by Night Moods, its agents, employees, officers, and assigns from and against, any and all Liabilities, obligations, losses, damages,
Injuries (including, but not limited to, bodily injury, illness and death), claims, penalties, suits, actions, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, of whatsoever kind of nature, relating to or arising out of the use, condition (including, but not limited to latent and other defects and whether or not discoverable by Balloons by Night Moods) operation, delivery, or return of the rental items, regardless of where, how and by whom operated, or any failure on the part of customer to perform or comply with the conditions of this rental agreement.
______ DO NOT WASH OR HAVE DRY CLEANED, but linens must be returned with no new stains, cuts, rips or tears, burns, no make-up and may not smell of any kind of smoke or perfume, they bust also be dry with no food crumbs on them. If Linens are returned with any damage as stated above, the Renter will lose their deposit and may also incur further cleaning and or repair or replacement charges. If you laundry them and set a stain you will be charged replacement costs for which will be FIVE (5) times rental fees and lose your deposit
______ Cancellations can be made within 24 hours after complete (paid in full) order is made, for a full refund. After that, any cancellations will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the rental charge for each item canceled up to 24 hours before reserved date. Cancellations of any item(s) within 24 hours of rental date will not receive any refund. Item(s) that are not picked up by the customers on the pickup date will incur full rental charges.
